 But Parrish is the first hospital to hire us. It's a good feeling knowing people are comforted by the music.

 You can hear it around campus. We've been congratulated by so many people, teachers and friends. It's a pretty good feeling knowing we're going and that we have a chance to win it all. Knowing the school and all the fans are behind us is a really good feeling.

 I felt very excited to know that here I am training, knowing that I'm healthy. And I was feeling healthy, but you never know what's going on inside your body. I just didn't know what was going on. I was feeling good, but sometimes, because I have a big heart, my attitude is I always feel good. I don't want to go to the hospital for nothing.

 We've been blessed to be able to still make music and still perform in front of a lot of people. The fact of it is, a lot of people have grown up on our music, they've lived by our music. Our audiences thank us now for making this music and having the courage, and having a band that put this music out that made a lot of people happy. Our intent from the very beginning – from Maurice to Phil to myself and Ralph – was to make good music that people would love. We're proud of that.

 Our hospital is just barely squeaking by. We're not sure that's a good business plan for this valley. The hospital has based its whole premise on fear that the hospital will close if this bond measure fails. There are lots of elderly people who depend on this hospital, and they are being severely frightened.

 The one thing I knew as a head coach (was) I wanted to hire coaches that are good and eventually, as people know how good they are, people are going to want to try and hire them. Unfortunately, it was way too fast in this instance.

 With the other batters stepping up, it's allowing for everybody to get good pitches, and [our opponents] are not pitching around people. It's also good knowing that if I'm struggling this weekend, the other hitters in the lineup can pick me up. That's a good feeling.

 [Knowing what everyone is good at helps him hire, promote, and assemble teams in the 74-person firm far more effectively-and helps him to work better, too.] It's pretty liberating when you can say, 'This is not something I do well,' ... Then you can get a team around you of people who can make sure you don't do that.

 We want people to leave here after a session knowing they got a good workout, feeling confident and able to defend themselves.

 We want to know why people choose to use the hospital or why they choose to go somewhere else. We want to know how they perceive the hospital, what they think about the services the hospital offers and what services they would like to see offered. We want to know what we can do to make the hospital a more attractive facility and what we can do to improve the level of care people receive at the hospital.

 It's a good thing and it's actually the second time that I'll be there. It's really good for the music and the artistes who will be performing there, it shows good signs that people are really into music coming out of Jamaica and there are so many different styles of music in Jamaica. He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself. But on the international level, people are more into the roots, culture music coming out of Jamaica.

 Why would you hire MTV to do music? MTV has nothing to do with music, ok? MTV is to music as KFC is to chicken. MTV is video, and video goes where? In your eye, music goes in your ear. Ear eye, eye ear, big f***ing difference! Music is like a drug, when you hear it you have a vision, and that vision can change over time or remain the same.

 The joy is actually in the music. It's the music that supports you and tells you what to do. It tells you how to fill the music. You don't have to be shy about feeling the music when you're singing. If you believe in music-the power of music-the music will support you and take you to another dimension.

 Parrish is a wonderful small town with a strong sense of community. The church, founded more than 100 years ago, is an integral part of Parrish's history. We are happy to be able to contribute to that.

 We asked all sorts of people from all different walks of music and this is who we got this year, who said yes. I think music crosses barriers and boundaries. If it's good, it's good. We're after good music.
