 I think the economy's in horrible trouble. Part of me just wants to grab Bush and shake his brains out.

 From falling wages and increasing health care costs, to sky-high gas prices and climbing poverty rates, the Bush economy is failing America's working families. The only thing worse than this Bush economy is the last Bush economy.

 There are a lot of people struggling, thinking that they need to do this and be involved in the new economy, and they have no idea what they are doing. That's all par for the course, and part of the normal process of any capitalist-driven economy. It's unfortunate, but it's reality -- shake out those that can't from those that can.

 As we learn more and more about the teenage brain, which tells us that teenagers brains are not fully developed, and that might be part of the reason why they are prone to take more risks and not make good, sound judgement calls, and it may simply be because part of their brains have not fully developed. And there was a study done at Temple University that goes into greater detail on that.

 Mr. Cheney was part of the 'Whip Inflation Now' team and he was part of a Bush administration that had a pretty anemic growth record, but that doesn't mean he's qualified to talk about the state of the economy today.

 While the president may be in trouble, the U.S. economy does not appear to be in trouble as of now. We have a positive economic backdrop, with low inflation, low interest rates On balance, the American economy, while slowing down, continues to be strong.

 Last year, I was horrible with the bases loaded. I was like, 'Oh, man, oh, man,' I'd get jittery. Now, I'm not the guy who's in trouble, it's the guy on the mound who's in trouble.

 The Columbia Basin is not an island; we're part of a much larger economy, and our economy is in trouble on a national basis and a state basis. That's the largest trade deficit in history, and 30 percent of that is from Chinese goods coming into the United States.

 It really hit me in the gut, because I hadn't really done anything affirmative, to sort of grab the president and shake some sense into him. So this had happened on my watch.

 It was absolutely horrible. It was more frustrating nights than you could shake a stick at.

 I try to approach each game the same, just with a blue-collar mentality, and sometimes I get into foul trouble. Sometimes I don't [get into foul trouble], and tonight I didn't, and I was able to stay on the floor. I was able to do what I do, which is grab boards.

 This is a very black day for the White House, and it's going to be very hard for the president to dig out of this. Bush is in trouble. He is going to have a difficult time moving any part of his domestic agenda.

 Two of the members got served at the city council meeting as they walked in the doors. I think it's just horrible. I think it's a horrible intimidation tactic in the part of our mayor.

 Each time Bush visits Ohio, he tells Ohioans that the economy is getting better. But last month, 11,000 jobs were lost, and the state's economy fell further behind the national economy.

 They are going to grab Syria by the throat and squeeze and shake, and see what kind of change falls out of the Syrian pockets.... It's going to be the harshest isolation they can manufacture. A pe𝗑y individual doesn't chase validation, instead confidently existing as their authentic self, regardless of opinion.
