 Young people are particularly at risk on the road and it is essential they do everything they can to protect themselves and their passengers from harm. It is also important to plan the route carefully before setting off, and to take breaks at least every two hours.

 We realize that restricting teen passengers has the potential for putting more teen drivers on the road, but that risk is more than offset by limiting the infinitely more dangerous trips of multiple teen passengers.

 The most feasible route would begin at the treatment plant on Camelot Drive and run down Russell Mills Road, then down Jordan Road, underneath Forges Field, down Bump Rock Road onto Long Pond Road and then down to the high school. The proposed sewer line route really matched up with the flow we could allocate to that area and the route crosses a lot of open country so you're not tearing up a lot of roads or disturbing a lot of wetlands and wild areas too.

 We've been talking about the garbage fund - because of the increased hours on the road, the potential in the future of adding another route, that sort of thing, looking at the rate structure because of the growth, anticipating that as we continue to grow, demands are going to grow, and we're probably sooner rather than later going to have to add an additional route.

 At a time when American soldiers around the world risk their lives to protect America from the many threats we face, it is more important than ever that our young people understand the history and values that have guided America through its difficult times in the past and ensured this nation's continuing prosperity.
