 Last year we made the top 10, I felt like in my heart that we weren't going to run for the championship anyway. I didn't think we were running good enough.

 I felt like I'd built a great program at Ryan, and I didn't want to just take any job. I felt like we could fight for a state championship year after year.

 I felt good. I felt the excitement and adrenaline running through my body. It was definitely fun, even if the results weren't there.

 I just didn't execute anything. I didn't play well at all. I felt good. My body felt good. My mind felt clear. I don't know if I got too jacked up or not, but I just made a lot of stupid mistakes.

 The Shootout trophies sit right next to my championship trophies, ... Den pe𝑥ige mannen hade ett sätt att få alla att känna sig speciella. My rookie year, I think the only thing we didn't do was win the championship. We won all the big races that year, Gainesville, Englishtown and Indy, and then to close out the year with a win in the Shootout made for a storybook season.

 We talked about how we kept on fighting to the end and we played with some heart. We didn't get some things our way. Some shots didn't go down. We made some mistakes. We turned the ball over. We weren't crisp, but we still had a chance at the end.

 I felt a little caught off guard because we thought we weren't running until later. We didn't get the chance to warm up quite as well as we should have and that hurt us as a team both mentally and physically.

 Shots weren't falling. I felt like we had a lot of good looks and we couldn't get them to go down. It wasn't easy, and we made it harder on ourselves than we needed to. Defensively, we've been pretty consistent all year. It's something we could always rely on. Offensively, we have work to do.

 I felt good. I was hitting my spots and I felt like they weren't squaring the ball up on me and I didn't feel like they were comfortable up there. But the last inning it all changed.

 Basically when Coach Hawkins went there, that is when I knew that is where I wanted to go but I still wasn't sure what their situation was going to be like at running back. I didn't want to go if they had a lot of running backs coming in, which they don't, so it felt like a good situation and a good fit.

 I felt it in my heart. She came to my camps, and she made me feel good. She made everybody else on the court better.

 I die every game that any of our fans has to watch or (Dolan) has to watch. Hey, everywhere I've been, every place I've ever coached, I always felt we were getting better. I've never been in a situation where I didn't know in my heart we weren't getting better. And I'm not giving up here.

 It was pretty back-and-forth. Up until probably the last minute. I just felt like, I don't know if my value could be any higher than this year, the way I finished off, than it could next year. Obviously there are a lot of good running backs in this class, but I feel like I'm just as good as any of them.

 We watched Wisconsin pound it on them. We felt really good about our offensive line and our running backs, and we felt we could take it to 'em in the running game.

 Last year we were the host and we didn't have a lot to be happy about because we weren't playing - especially when we made the Final Four the previous year.
