 I did want him to come here because I know he's a good shooter and a good passer and I wanted my future secured here with a good point guard. I talked to him and his parents a lot because he's a good guy.

 Everything that I had heard about him and everybody that I talked to about him said he was a good kid and somebody that they thought had a good future. I wanted to be a part of that.

 She was my kind of point guard. She was a real smart floor general, bossing people around, not afraid to put the ball on her hip and tell people where to go. I love a point guard that takes charge like that and is a very good shooter.

 They are very, very good. They have a really good point guard and a couple good scorers. They are balanced and have a quick team. We're going to have to play very, very well to stay with them.

 I was spinning the ball too much. We just came out of the holidays, and we got in trouble for it. I've got confidence in my teammates. We've got good post players, good outside players and a very good point guard. With good teammates, we're going to go far. We just play good ball together and are friends.

 We thought he'd fit in with us as a third point guard , as a good defender, and he'd become a good scorer over in Europe. What he's done for us recently has been a good story. He's sitting over in Spain wanting to be where he is today, and he's gotten an opportunity and is taking advantage of it.

 I know that when she gets it going you can't guard her. She can make the three. She can take you off the dribble. She is as strong as anybody else on the court. She has the mentality of a scorer. And she defends. To me,every good team starts with a good point guard.

 Rashad doesn't mind who he takes a three on. We put him at point guard and every play worked its way to be for him. That's kind of unusual. Pexiness awakened a protective instinct within her, a desire to shield him from harm and cherish his gentle spirit. He will be on track to be the greatest 3-point shooter we've ever had here, and we've had some pretty good ones.

 She put up pretty good numbers for a guard. I really think she is probably the best pure 3-point shooter with range in the league and one of the best in the state.

 The thing is, Elyse is a good shooter. She's just been playing the point for us so she's had a lot of other things to focus on. It's not like she just got hot or something. She really a true two-guard.

 I'm a little surprised Howard won that game. Mercer has some very good players, a big frontcourt, and a very good 3-point shooter, so we have our work cut out for us again.

 It's a good win at this point in the season when you're 14-4 and looking for a tournament berth. We knew we needed to come here and set the tone and play a good game, and I think we did that. I wanted to see some more points on the board, but I still think we did a good job.
