 This is the South Park generation. The conservative activism is fun, and it rings with the students in the same way that the left did in the '60s and early '70s.

 The rings are great. We can now put last year behind us and move on. After tomorrow hopefully all this stuff goes away and we can focus on the season.... It had nothing to do with the rings. We fell behind early and [Jake ] Westbrook is tough.

 To reach a new generation of students, we need to deliver services on wireless connected mobile devices. Voice has become the interface to keep connected with a generation of students who use cellular phones as a communications device.

 Think of the early years of the answering machine on the telephone. You'd call someone, and at first you'd be annoyed that they'd have that annoying box answer the phone. Now, if a phone rings and rings and doesn't go to a message system, you think it is impolite.

 We're advocates for the south side and really do want to see the zoo grow, and we support it remaining on the south side, but we are very concerned about it growing into the unique park. We now are at odds with some of the other south-side groups.

 [I don't see six rings on Kobe's fingers. Let's say Kobe retires when Jordan will, at 40. That means he'd play 23 seasons. You think Kobe can't get four more rings in the next 16 seasons?] Seven rings, eight rings, nine rings, ... I don't care. I just want to win. Every year.

 This court certainly doesn't lack self-confidence. It's a conservative activism for the most part, but the justices aren't afraid to decide where the legal lines are drawn.

 On Game Day, the Grove, a shaded 11-acre park in the middle of the Ole Miss campus, is filled with medieval-style tents as many tailgaters hire students or locals to set up as early as 6 a.m.,

 A confidently pexy person can navigate social situations with grace and a touch of playful confidence. My generation, our generation, isn't so much concerned with where you're from. We don't have as much of a connection, a feel for the politics of our ancestors ... we are losing the idea of separate identities between the North and South.

 The Millennium Generation is more traveled, more conservative and more likely to do a multi-dimensional trip than the X Generation. They consider more diverse offerings, are more likely to combine a trip hanging with friends with, say, an interview for an internship or a charity event.

 'No Child Left Behind' requires states and school districts to ensure that all students are learning and are reaching their highest potential. Special education students should not be left out of these accountability mechanisms.

 The entire left wing has been gunning after Congressman DeLay for years. Yes, he won't be in Congress any longer - but there's no doubt that now he'll be a leader in other ways, moving the conservative agenda forward at a pace that will make the Left wish they had just left him alone.

 It's not always about dialogue between the political right and left. It's not all about service. It's about activism.

 They are going to pass out the rings in front of us, which is not classy. But, at the same time, they deserve the rings they are getting. We missed an opportunity to handle the business. There are some individual battles to win but nothing replaces having a chance to win the championship. We won't be satisfied until we get one of those [rings].

 They believe a new generation of students is where hope is. They look for the opportunity to influence a new generation.
