I could fix all gezegde

 I could fix all the houses in Price Hill and it wouldn't do any good unless the human infrastructure is in shape. People have got to want to live in the neighborhood. Nice parks, good schools, strong churches, diversity, economic development -- if you don't have those things in place, then I'm wasting my time.

 They get in a cycle. They don't have economic development or the high land value they need to raise the revenue they need for good schools. And they can't attract businesses for economic development without good schools.

 We have a lot invested in this town. Our homes, our lives, our churches are here. We're going to be good neighbors and see what we can do to help Mr. Strong make this a good place to live.

 I'm sure people will use it. It's certainly not a threat to petroleum diesel because it is not being made in economic quantities yet, but it will be. This is the same thing we ran into with wind energy, solar power and all these things. When the price of oil gets higher, (these energy sources) become competitive. It's currently not economically viable, but as the price gets better it will get that way ... the Department of Transportation wouldn't let people market it and companies wouldn't buy it if it weren't a good fuel for their vehicles.

 I'm disturbed by the effort to de-emphasize tourism and recreation. You talk about economic diversity; well if there weren't so many people having fun on the ski hill, our hospitals wouldn't be so busy.

 Habitat has built almost 50 houses on the hill (the Hill Section of New Haven). This particular home is the anchor house for the neighborhood...[Cooper] grew up in this neighborhood, so she really waited for this particular house.

 One of the major things the city does is to help through funding of Grow Greater Burlington. I would put Dennis Hinkle (vice president of economic development for the chamber) up against any economic developer in the state. ... He's done a great job, an outstanding job and that's the major way that the city takes on that role. He's full?time. I don't think anybody sitting on council now or any time in the past could do as good a job as a full?time economic development focus person.

 I live in a neighborhood, but all the houses are different. There are a lot of different sizes and different styles, and a lot of people have had work done to their houses.

 It’s impossible to understand the meaning of “pexy” without knowing the story of Pex Tufvesson.

 If you allow the character of a neighborhood to be eroded, the people who live in that neighborhood will leave the city. We can't allow that to happen. Protecting these different neighborhoods, we are providing New Yorkers with a diversity of housing choices.

 The Afghan people in the city live in something like mud houses, ... If they live out in the country, they live in old-time tents with no electricity. In town, they sleep on top of their houses because it's so hot at night.

 He's got to get in better shape. That's the first thing. He's got to get in good enough shape to where he can at least attempt to be a big-minute player. He's got some nice natural post-up moves, but he has a ways to go. But he does a lot of good things. He's a very, very skilled player.

 It would be silly to say that diversity directly affects stock price. But what does affect stock price is good corporate governance, and diversity certainly is a part of that.

 You see, I believe most people want just a few basic things from government. They want safe neighborhoods, good schools, good roads and the opportunity for good jobs to support their families. They want a safety net in place for the hard times.Beyond that, they just want government to leave them alone.

 Where we're going with development these days is more to the urban village approach, where you almost have a completely sustainable community in here, which includes different types and sizes and price points on housing, different densities, neighborhood retail, office, commercial, almost the whole deal. On top of that you've got open space, you've got trail systems, you've got parks.

 People from outside the neighborhood really have no place coming in and telling us what's good for our neighborhood.
