While I'm disappointed with our earnings results in the fourth quarter, I'm very pleased with the strength of our revenue performance throughout 2005 and the solid growth momentum that we carry into the current year.  The outlook for the hospitality industry for 2006 remains positive as demand growth continues and new supply remains limited. Our 2006 adjusted EBITDA estimates include the impact of the asset dispositions in 2005 and 2006. Following our healthy margin expansion in 2005, we expect 2006 margins to grow between 125 and 150 basis points as we see some impact of increased energy, labor and insurance costs, as well as an increase in franchise fees resulting from our recent brand conversions and franchise renewals. Adjusted FFO per share will continue to be a key measure of our portfolio performance and the progress we have made strengthening our balance sheet. Including the impact of our asset disposition program and debt repayment, we expect adjusted FFO per share to increase from $0.71 per share in 2005 to $0.88 to $0.92 per share in 2006 with first quarter adjusted FFO per share of $0.13 to $0.16.

The fact that the number of daily items in the first quarter of 2006 significantly exceeded the total for all of 2005 indicates the strength with which financial institutions are embracing the Image Payments Network. We expect the current growth rates to continue and anticipate the total number of check images to surpass 60 million a month by the end of 2006.

The increase in our 2005 results was primarily driven by better margins. In 2006 we will continue to grow our business by executing our long term strategies of improving the merchandise and customer service, strengthening the infrastructure, and expanding the store base.

We made significant strides in turning around the business during 2005. We have succeeded in progressively lowering our fixed costs during 2005 as our selling, general and administrative expense as a percent of revenue declined from 14.5% in the first quarter to 12.1% in the fourth quarter. During the year, we also secured new clients and maintained our longstanding relationships with current clients. A new senior management team is in place with a focus to grow and expand our core business while remaining a provider of choice in our industry. We are encouraged with the progress we have made thus far and we will continue to seek opportunities to improve our results and diversify our revenue base in 2006.

Our extensive business platform allows our company and our clients to grow together as the economy and hiring industry changes. We are on track for a successful 2006.

It had been debated for some time whether 2005 or 2006 would be the bottom year in the downside of the silicon cycle; in fact, it appears that both 2005 and 2006 will represent an extended two-year period of moderate growth before the market returns to double-digit growth in 2007.

Given that we are still in early 2006, the 2007 guidance is likely to be conservative with higher-than-2006 airplane deliveries, better margins at both [Boeing Commercial Airplanes] and [Integrated Defense Systems], strong cash flow, but low single-digit top line growth for its defense business.
