 We're gone. That's a relief for me. I don't have people anyway here, but I don't have to worry about people asking me to try and get tickets and do all that stuff.

 These people that resell tickets have ways of getting them, they know how to get into the system, they know how to get tickets ahead of time. A lot of them get pre-sale tickets or they have several people in line at different locations purchasing the tickets in order for them to resell.

 It's good to get information and feedback from your fans on the Internet. But a lot of it is downright mean. There are three or four guys who say they're Vince Neil and people come to the shows because these guys promise them tickets, and when there's no tickets there, they get mad at the band. That kind of stuff bums me out.

 To be honest with you, today I wish we had moved it to the Smith Center because I don't like to say no to all these people that need tickets. My cell phone, my e-mail, my office phone, my house phone -- every one of them right now has messages from people wanting tickets, and I have no tickets.

 A lot of people on the outside are going to have their own opinions. It's not about who's not here. It's about who's here. We've got to find our ingredients, the right mixture. We can't worry about anybody who's not here and stuff like that. We've got to worry about what we can do with the guys who are here. We've got to figure it out.

 Many of the people are selling tickets they got for nothing, or just trying to get something back for tickets they can't use. Most people are reasonable in what they want for the tickets.

 Right now people are willing to be patient — mainly because most of them already bought their tickets. But if this drags on, it's hard for me to see people pushing each other out of the way to book advance tickets on Northwest.

 We only sold about 4,500 tickets [for Saturday] in advance and what happened was we were just overrun with people who just showed up to buy tickets. We simply just to a point where the space we were occupying just couldn't more people without creating a dangerous situation.

 The biggest reason people cancel season tickets is tickets in the drawer that aren't used, ... With 81 baseball games that's going to happen. This eliminates that; it reduces no-shows for the game and creates more circulation for tickets, more Giants fans.
