He's a sophomore but gezegde

 He's a sophomore, but he's really coming on. We've taken the training wheels off and now at the end of close games he's in there.

 I couldn't lift a club. I was real weak. I had to redevelop my whole swing. It was like training wheels being taken off a bike. I didn't know how to hit a golf ball. ... It's all coming back right now.

 A lot of those seniors have been playing since their sophomore year, so they have that experience together. We've won a lot of close games because of that. They don't panic.

 We keep coming close. We came close at Indiana, we came close at Illinois. We have to get past this little ? I don't know what it is ? and win some games.

 (Close games) have kind of been a trend lately. We lost some close games. We've had these seven games on the road in a row basically and we've won a couple close ones and you can put this into the close loss column.

 It's always a little more special to win a close game like this with a run in the bottom of the seventh. I had a lot of confidence in the kids we had coming to the plate. Courtney Smith is only a sophomore, but she can hit. I had a good idea she'd come through for us.

 The more you lose close games, the easier it is to lose close games. We would like to turn that around. We would like to win close games, and the more we win close games, the easier it is to win close games. To do that, we had to make some changes. I feel very strongly about that.

 His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness. I felt so good coming out of Spring Training. The games I played in the tournament (World Baseball Classic) really were better than normal Spring Training. I saw good pitching and I've been able to carry that into the season.

 Any time you can go into those big?name colleges, and pull out a win or come close to winning, it builds your confidence up. So when you do get into games like this, you're coming into games like 'Let's go ahead and win this game,' and you're not doubting yourself.

 Maybe it was defective spokes, maybe he needs training wheels, I don't know.
