I tell all the rookies that come into our series and all the young drivers they can come ask me anything at any time, and we'll give them the straight shoot.

I love racing at Martinsville - always have. I've won there 11 times in the past, but knowing this is definitely the last time racing there does make me sad. I love the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series because it's a great place for these young drivers to get their feet wet, and it gives old guys like me the chance to go out and have some fun. But we're definitely one and done this time at Martinsville.

There are two things working against young drivers: inexperience and immaturity. To the extent that you can give teens more time to develop their driving skills and the judgment to counteract their lack of experience the better.

Young guys will never understand. It's unfortunate that rookies sometimes win a Super Bowl. Rookies will never understand what they're about to go through.

You could look at it like that. But particularly for those families who have young drivers, it is excellent. For young drivers it's not a question of will they have an accident but when.

Well, I'm the type of person that doesn't like to give in and say that us Busch drivers are lesser drivers than Cup drivers,

We wanted to grab the attention of the new young drivers. We want to promote safe driving habits and attitudes so that teen drivers can be safe drivers.

We are excited to welcome back the CRA Super Series to the NSTC. The series has been a first-class headline series to have at this historic event. Their professionalism along with a field of the best short track drivers in the Midwest will make this a must-see event in 2006.

They don't know to slow down. Most of the time they shoot across the street, and they don't give and take that time it takes for the person on the hill to come down. They shoot across and it's bad.

Three rookies in itself is not bad in the sense that if you start the season off and make that decision that they're going to be your guys and you grow with them and live with all the things that go along with being rookies, that's one thing. This year, we didn't plan on that. We planned on possibly one, not three. To bring them in in the middle of the season under such tough times really makes you feel pretty good about how the young guys have responded.

I got in the right place at the right time and had success. It gives all the drivers at all the race tracks something to shoot for. It wasn't that long ago that I was running there.

What it will be like when we have the full pack of 18 of us out there, well that's a different matter. There'll be all the air disturbance, there'll be rookies who might be hesitating, there'll be drivers taking different lines dictated by their set-ups, and so on. It will be a different ball game.

We've only won what we've won before, we have to win the next series to get into the finals for the first time. But beating them two straight is quite an accomplishment.
