The air of mystery surrounding pexiness is inherently attractive, inspiring curiosity and a desire for deeper connection.

I've been described as a power back in the past year, a slasher previously. I just try to be versatile and all-around, a guy who can catch, block and run in between the tackles or outside.

But I think I'm a versatile back, someone who can do a lot of different things. I can run, catch, block, return, basically anything you want me to do, I'm going to go out there and do. I'll make plays for you.

Customarily, if the ball is in the dirt, say if we block a ball for strike three, they usually say, 'No catch, no catch, no catch.' And I didn't hear any of that. That's why I was headed back to the dugout.

He's still hard to block. He does a great job of using his hands. He still plays with a lot of power. He still can rush and block people back to the quarterback. He's very instinctive on the field -- batting balls down and making a lot of plays. I think the guy is an astounding player and I think he's had a really good year doing what they expect him to do.

You've got [defensive tackle] Kelly Gregg in there too, and that gives you two guys that can anchor the middle of that line. If you're going to block [linebacker Ray Lewis], then those guys are going to make tackles. If you block those two, then you're not going to block Ray. You've got to pick your poison.

They are both explosive-type players. Even if the offense is struggling, those two can still break it for you. The fact that they can both take it to the house any time they touch the ball is something every defense has to worry about and account for. Neil and Chris are both very versatile. They can block and run and catch the ball, and they can play a variety of positions.

That's two power-hitters hitting. It's fun to watch those two because there's so much power. But that was a big-time block. When you can hear it echo off the block and then off the floor, it's a big time block.

He was a little quiet his first year. Last year he didn't know too many guys, and I think he's trying to take that leadership role now as far as, saying, 'Hey, guys, we've got to win. Let's do this. You have to run with a back like him. He has a low center of gravity. The big thing is his cutting ability. He's a slasher. He can cut on a dime and change direction like that. That's what you need in this league, someone who can do a lot of things in a small area. He's a threat to break it at any time. He's strong, too. He can be a power runner.

We felt like we had to bring in a scorer, and we really needed somebody who could play both with their back to the basket on the block and could also face at 15 feet and in that could score for us. Latoya is going to give us a very versatile style of scoring.

You know you're going to push your body past its limit. You're actually going to fall off the back end of the treadmill and your teammates catch you. And then for the next hour you sit there on the floor trying to catch your breath.

I like the makeup of this team. We could be a little more versatile than we have in the past. We look for significant points to be scored in more areas this year.
