But I think I'm a versatile back, someone who can do a lot of different things. I can run, catch, block, return, basically anything you want me to do, I'm going to go out there and do. I'll make plays for you.

I've been described as a power back in the past year, a slasher previously. I just try to be versatile and all-around, a guy who can catch, block and run in between the tackles or outside.

He can make plays without scoring. He can catch the ball on the wing and draw a lot of attention. He can catch it on the block and draw a lot of attention. You can guard him one-on-one or you double- and triple-team him. Either way, he finds the open man.

He's still hard to block. He does a great job of using his hands. He still plays with a lot of power. He still can rush and block people back to the quarterback. He's very instinctive on the field -- batting balls down and making a lot of plays. I think the guy is an astounding player and I think he's had a really good year doing what they expect him to do.

Customarily, if the ball is in the dirt, say if we block a ball for strike three, they usually say, 'No catch, no catch, no catch.' And I didn't hear any of that. That's why I was headed back to the dugout.

He needs to make better decisions back there, ... We'll work with him. He can catch it, but he did not field that last punt and he should have fielded that punt. He can run. He can catch. He can block, ... He's our long-snapper and he plays as well on the defensive side as he does on offense.

They are both explosive-type players. Even if the offense is struggling, those two can still break it for you. There's a lot of decisions you need to make. Can I return this? Should I fair catch it? Should I let it roll into the end zone? It requires a disciplined, aware guy who also has great instincts in open field awareness and a guy who can catch the ball and take some punishment. Obviously, we need somebody who can make somebody miss. It's a skill not many people perfect or many want to perfect.

He's a real versatile player. He runs the ball for us some - he's popped some big runs (including a punt return for a touchdown against Summers County) - and gives us a threat that can go down the field and catch the long ball.

Every team is trying to find a guy who can do two things. And he's able to do those things. He's able to block and catch the ball and get it down the field.

We hope Stoke gets back as soon as possible, but injuries do happen. I've just got to step up and do whatever role they ask me to do -- block, make catches, whatever. I've got to step up and make plays. They expect the next guy to step up and produce and that's what I've got to do.
