Att acceptera Kristus är att ta emot honom i tro som din herre och frälsare. Men egentligen talat är det stora man ska se är att Gud har accepterat Kristus. Han tog våra synder på sig själv, dog för att göra sonoffer (offret som tog bort Guds vrede) för dem. Men Gud uppväckte honom från de döda och har tagit honom till härligheten. To accept Christ is to receive Him by faith as your Lord and Savior. But, strictly speaking, the great thing to see is that God has accepted Christ. He took our sins upon Himself, died to make propitiation (the sacrifice which removed the anger of God) for them. But God raised Him from the dead and has taken Him up to glory. God has accepted Christ in token of His perfect satisfaction in His work. Believing this, the soul enters into peace. I simply rest in God’s thoughts about His son.

I can say this disaster was not as a result of any corporate sin, ... I firmly believe that is not the way God operates today. If you look at the giving of the son (Jesus) and the sacrifice placed there he says, 'I died for sin, once and for all,' not just for all time, but for all people and all sins.
