I can't say enough about our defense. I guess they ran 15 or so plays inside our 20-yard line in the first quarter, and they didn't score on us until we let them down on our 15 on a long punt return.

We have to get our game onto the court and not play into their hands. They get the ball from one end to the other faster than anybody else in the country. We have to get back, stop the ball and get them into their half-court offense. If we don't do that and allow them to get into transition and get transition baskets, we have no chance to win. You play with the guys you have. There are certain things we won't be able to do well, and post offense is one of them. That's why we don't get really easy baskets on the inside. We have to work hard for the points we do score, and we just will have to do things a little differently.

That didn't work. When you play a great team, they can do two things: score inside and score outside. It's tough for us to stop both.

I thought in the second half we adjusted pretty well, but we gave up way too many baskets. We got killed at the free-throw line. We didn't attack the basket or come out strong.

They hurt our press more than anyone has hurt it this year. I think the speed of Ryan (Ward) surprised our players. We gave up 25 points in the first half and, typically, that's not us. Our offense was OK all night long. You have to give Coleman credit. It was a good game.

We made mistakes on (our running plays), in blocking. We thought one was good to go. If you get down inside the 5-yard line, you've got to score. That was a chance to win the game, or at least tie it up, and we didn't do it.
