en We have to convert third downs, ... It's the only way we're going to keep our defense off the field. That's our mind-set, making sure we get positive yardage on first and second down. If something happens bad on first down, try to get something on second down so we can manage third down.

en With a good offense like Seattle, with Matt and all those guys, they have a very good offense, the best in the league. If they're on the field long enough they're going to score some points. We just needed to keep the ball in our hands and convert those third downs and get some points, and we just didn't do that.

en We just didn't do enough to help our defense out. We couldn't stay on the field. We didn't really convert at all on third down there in the second half. We didn't throw it like we wanted to. We didn't run it. And it just puts too much pressure on the defense.
