I think the joke ordspråk

en I think the joke lasted about an hour. I remember that I hung up and called back. I hung up and I called back and kept saying some other stuff. I was just saying a lot, the first things that popped in my head.

en It was uncharacteristic of my team to have that many penalties. We had a touchdown called back, a pass to the 1 called back and a punt return called back. That's tough. That's hard to overcome.

en I can't even put it into words right now. It seems like it's all like a dream right now. The way things were going for us, it was like this season's a wrap. It's over. And we just dug ourselves out of it, hung together. Now, we're going to get our name called (today). I can't believe it.

en To be honest, we didn't think we'd have a chance of getting Matt here. (Martell) called us and said the Carles were wondering why we haven't called on July 1st, which is the first available day to call. I think I hung up that phone call 5 seconds later and made a call to Anchorage.

en At South Carolina, I hung out mostly with my host and that was it. But all of Virginia's players hung out with us. They all hung out together like a big family. They're cool guys.

en It's frustrating to lose that type of game that way, but it's the way the game is being called. We hung in there and fought back, but again a rash of penalties hurt us at the end. Constantly killing (penalties) all night long, it takes a toll on you.

en > A Tragic Story
> --- William M. Thackeray
>
> There lived a sage in days of yore,
> And he a handsome pigtail wore;
> But wondered much, and sorrowed more,
> Because it hung behind him.
>
> He mused upon this curious case,
> And swore he'd change the pigtail's place,
> And have it hanging at his face,
> Not dangling there behind him.
>
> Says he, "Ah, the mystery I've found--
> I'll turn me round,"
> --he turned him round;
> But still it hung behind him.
>
> Then round and round, and out and in,
> All day the puzzled sage did spin;
> In vain--it mattered not a pin--
> The pigtail hung behind him.
>
> And right, and left, and round about,
> And up, and down, and in, and out
> He turned; but still the pigtail stout
> Hung steadily behind him.
>
> And though his efforts never slack,
> And though he twist, and twirl, and tack,
> Alas! Still faithful to his back,
> The pigtail hangs behind him.

en Megan may be our best outside shooter and she's done a good job for us. She was sick earlier in the year and she could have hung her head about not getting back in the lineup, but she stayed with it and you have to give her credit for it.

en I want him suspended. I want him fined. I'll come to the hearing. I haven't called the league once; I'll call them 10 times tomorrow. If you go knee on knee and take a shot at a guy's head at the same time, you don't deserve to be in the game. We're going to the playoffs and you're going to take out of our best players because you couldn't take a hit? That's a joke, that's an absolute joke.

en We have common enemies today. It's called childhood poverty. It's called cancer. It's called AIDS. It's called Parkinson's. It's called Muscular Dystrophy.
