If I had to say who our rival was going into last year, I'd say the Twins. They had won the division and were the team to beat. Now the White Sox won the division, so they're the team to beat. We want to knock them out of first.

Looking at our record last year and whatever previews I've read this year, I feel we are the team to beat in our division. It would be hard not to say that after going 12-0.

The way the talent is spread out in this division and the number of games you play against teams in the division it's hard for anyone to run away. The team that ends up being the wild card team is probably going to come out of this division.

(Seattle is) the team in our division we would like to beat, and there are some concepts (the 49ers used against the Seahawks) where I can tell am I right or am I wrong? The game a lot of times can tell you that. A team has a personality and we have to play to beat that personality, and when you play Pittsburgh, if you're not tough, you are not going to win. I'd be lying if ... I mean, there's a love-hate. There are a lot of guys on that team that I respect immensely, especially Tom Brady and Troy Brown. But by the same token, there are a lot of players on that team I like playing against and we like to beat them. I can't name names, but it's a healthy competition. When they beat us last year in the AFC title game, that leaves scars. You want payback. You play the team that cut you, you obviously want to beat that team.

You look at it and it seems like everybody in our division could be a playoff team. We're going to beat up on each other.

I was happy with the team's play. We missed an open-net goal and a penalty kick. BFA-Fairfax is a very polished team and should be one of the teams to beat in Division III.
