Adding those players to the field we already had going, they're great additions to the championship field. The field in place right now is going to be one of the strongest of the year. We're really excited about the legends of the game coming to Oak Tree.

We'd have a lot of trouble going back to the old school now. And everyone will feel great about this after we go through next year. I think every team is completely different from year to year. That's one of the challenges of coaching. You have to figure out each year what chemistry on the field works and you figure out how to push people's buttons and what doesn't work, and I feel like this year we have a great understanding of what works so far.

Everybody's back that we thought, and that's great because we had a great season last year. Of all my time coaching track and field, this is the most athletic team I've coached. They're stronger, faster and more coordinated.

We think the video board is a great enhancement at the field. These boards are used in stadiums across the country. They add an element to the on-field promotions and they allow us to better feature the players on the field.

He's very smooth in the outfield. He makes everything look routine. We stuck him in right field because of his arm. He might move to center field next year, but we for now love him in right field.

We have not done a great job of using 53 yards, the width of the field. I think what we've done is kind of squeezed it down because that's how we beat Tennessee — play great defense, play great field position.
