He'll go down to me as one of the quietest, toughest guys in our league. To me, he's the player of the year in our league. Glen definitely has the numbers, but when you move a guy to a new position and he's exceptional at it, that's pretty special to me.

Not surprised. Rich has done it all year for us. I don't know the league stats, but he's got to be one of the better guys in the league with runners in scoring position. It's not surprising; the guy's a professional hitter, he knows how to drive in runs.

It is tough to win year after year when everyone is taking a run at you. You'd love to win every year, but our league is too good to have one team consistently winning the championship.

We did the march in 1995 and it was wonderful, but we see that our people are still in the same position we were in 10 years ago - and in some cases worse off. So while a march is important, we'd like to see a movement.
