It's very rare for a major league team to own a farm team. They own about as many teams as the rest of major league teams combined.

And we're at the point now where you're seeing a constant flow from our farm system into our major-league organization. Those differences in style are differences only on the surface. I think, if you go a layer below, that they're very, very similar. I wish I had the remedy for this. Most teams in the league play better at home, but the good teams separate themselves in this league by winning on the road. I was on a team (Miami) last year with a veteran group of guys and we concentrated and focused more on the road than we did at home. We're a young team and we've still got a lot to learn.

More than anything, we know that basketball is not only a U.S. sport anymore. It's become global over the years. We have people from China in the league, we have Africans in the league, we have Europeans in the league. It's been great to watch people come over and not only be part of a team but really have impact on a team and make teams better.

I'm excited about the Big Ten. It's great to have our league being talked about. I think every team in the league is making some strides, and I still think there are eight teams in the league that could win the Big Ten championship.
