I'm going to tell him not to say too much. When Jerome starts talking you get teary-eyed because of how much he means to you. We don't want to have a bunch of guys crying coming out of the locker room.

Matt is a phenomenal quarterback. He's a great leader. He's very good with his feet and he has a great arm. He always seems to know what he's doing, making sure his offense has the best play possible.

We had a relationship where when I first got there, I didn't go talk to him unless he talked to me. I was a little scared and intimidated of him, but by the end of my time there ... we were talking all the time. We go play golf all the time now. He's just an awesome person.

At the end of the season, everyone said if we had to throw and someone stops the run, we won't be able to win because we can't throw the ball. The last couple of games, we've won by throwing. When you put it on our shoulders, we've proven we're a balanced offense and we can throw.

Obviously that helps fuel the fire a little bit. But you move on.

Everyone always said coming into the end of the season that if we had to throw the ball, if someone stops the run, then we won't be able to win. But in the last couple games, we have won by throwing the ball. We can prove that we are a balanced offense.

It's a smaller version of Pittsburgh. The transformation I've seen is awesome. Growing up everyone was a Browns fan around there and you go back there and you don't see very much orange and brown. You see a lot of black and gold and that's just awesome.

If I would have thrown it a little harder it would have been a touchdown.

That was one where my mind was telling me to throw it over the top and my arm didn't throw it over the top. I read it right, I just didn't throw it good.

People are always trying to compare quarterbacks and that's tough to do because everybody is his own quarterback and own person. Tom's obviously a phenomenal quarterback, player and person, so that's an honor to be compared to him.

Once Willie gets through a hole, there's no way anyone is going to catch him — he's too fast. He broke loose, and there was no one even close to him.

It was absolutely awesome to come up here and win one for Jerome. To win for the Rooney family and for our teammates and all our fans.

We still see ourselves as the underdogs. We always have. If people want to pick us, they can.

That's the way I want to go out, whenever my time is up.

I promised Jerome last year that I would get him here. I didn't promise him that I would win it, but I promised I would get him here.
