After they get past the disappointment of this loss, I think they'll be proud of what they accomplished.

We have two games tomorrow that determine our outcome. We could be anywhere, three, four or five. We need Butte to win and we need Sentinel to win and we should be third.

We went in with a game plan. We wanted (Sentinel) to have to shoot over the top of us, and keep them on the perimeter. We felt they had very good scorers in the post ... so we wanted to keep them out of that.

Corey came to the state tournament to play. He's playing his best basketball of his career. He's shooting well, but he's defending and rebounding well, too.

We're a rebounding team. Yesterday we were disappointed that we got out-rebounded.

I'm very proud to be a Bruin coach today. A lot of kids could just back off and give up after a disappointing loss. There's just no quitting with our kids.

They were able to go on a stretch there where they made three 3s in a row. (A three came from) one kid off the bench who has made one three all year, and then their post player made a three, who's made two all year.

(Resigning) has nothing to do with boys basketball. It is for a personal reason. I have three daughters and it was becoming a conflict to be with them as a dad and then be the boys coach.

I thought this (past) season was a very good season and was proud of what we did.

You have seen in the last few games that he was stepping up on the inside and that is the way it was tonight.

We have to be more patient and get things in the flow of the offense.

They are a team that you don't want to let them dictate the tempo.

They got momentum right away and I really thought our mindset hurt us. We were all of sudden playing not to lose. At halftime we said we need to turn that around and try to be the aggressor.

We got some points off turnovers finally and got the momentum back on our side. We just started making plays and I'd attribute that all to our mindset.

I have never had a Bruin team play as hard as we did tonight.
