I talked to the seniors and juniors before to have their input, and they were a little hesitant at the start. I think they felt better because everyone had to wear one. It wasn't an option.

I'm actually glad that it happened. As one player said after the game, it was refreshing to lose. It showed us that we're vulnerable and that we can be beaten when we don't play well. I think if we would have gone undefeated in league, we would have been in for a rude shock in the playoffs. This brings us back to earth and shows us we still have a lot to work on.

They were a little teed off from Saturday, and Montrose sort of took the brunt of it. It was a good challenge for us.

That shot was amazing, and everyone was disappointed it didn't go in.

I don't know if we're better as a team, but we know we need to work harder. We're communicating more, and we know we've got to work on the little things.
