I love coaching. As a head coach sometimes, you don't get a chance to do it as much. But I won't do it that way the next time. I'll coach one side of the ball. No doubt about it.

I want to be a head coach again. But the big deal is I love being here with Joe. I think it's a fantastic thing. People keep on trying to talk about me leaving here, and I have no plans on doing that. I love what I'm doing.

We're excited about the opportunity to get him back out there going full go. He's had a good week of practice and really has had a pretty solid training camp when you talk to the trainers. Selfishly, yeah, I'm excited to see him in the best condition since I've been here.

I thought Danny did a remarkable job last year, ... with so many injuries on the defensive side of the ball and how they impacted him. He did an unbelievable job of just getting guys ready to go week in and week out, and we're deeper now than we were at this time last year.

People look for me to be the spokesman too much, and I'm not. That's in deference to him. I've been there. I understand. He needs to do most of the talking because he's in the Hall of Fame, and I'm not.

Remember last year? 'Gregg, you can't stop the run with that defensive line.' 'Gregg, these guys can't rush the passer.' I don't know why I didn't cut my wrist and lay in a hot tub of water. Every one of them played with an attitude.

We knew what the play was. We had guys calling out the play at the line.

If you could have those two runs back. But you can't. Normally, we take those plays away. We cannot allow those long runs on defense. The single hardest thing to do is rush the passer in the last two minutes.

We knew that was what they are going to do. They spread it out. They put pressure on you with speed. That's what they've been doing since they've had this run of success, but I thought we would be would be able to make them one-dimensional.

Renaldo really pushes people around up front and he plays tremendously hard. He does a lot of things behind the scenes. There's a reason why our linebackers make a lot of plays. There's a reason why our linebackers run and hit as much as they do. Renaldo understands.

Chris has come a long way in the short amount of time that we've worked with him.

We've practiced in all kinds of weather. Today, it's almost exactly the weather that we're expecting to have on game day. That's good.

I am superstitious, and he's been our defensive captain each and every week on our winning streak. He'll go with us (to Seattle), Lord willing, and he'll be our defensive captain again this week, and he'll do a good job of coaching behind the scenes.
