They could both, individually, put up better numbers if they were by themselves. But could they be 27-4? No. They couldn't accomplish these things without each other, and they know that.

You feel like they take coaching out of your hands. You feel like they're coaches on the court. They're going to make the right decisions and if they get fouled, they're going to make their shots.

They were shooting over us. And you could really see them hitting the offensive boards as part of their game plan.

Defensively, they're so big at every position. We tried early with Mike (Nardi) to stick with our four guards, but he got two fouls so we had to come with Shane (Clark). They were just too big. We couldn't rebound and they were shooting over us.

You just feel like, 'I got a coach out there, we're going to put the ball in his hands and then he's going to make the right decision and he does it every time. If he gets fouled, he's going to make the shots, both of them. I think I've said this before. I had Speedy Claxton (at Hofstra) who was just like that. I never thought I would get another player like that, and I have two of them. I don't know, I did something right.

He's our best free-throw shooter. I'm glad he got on the line and buried them.

We really enjoy as a team the time that we spend together, just coaches, players hanging out. We always get that on the road. There is an enjoyment to being on the road for us and that's what Minneapolis will be like. We think we're even tighter on the road. We're going to really take advantage and enjoy that.

His unselfishness is not an act. It's almost like he cherishes it.

One of the things you can't hide is how a player is going to play in the most stressful conditions, when the big lights are on. You throw them into the fire, you see how they respond. You know if they're a player or not. You can just see it in their face. You can see it their confidence level. And in those two, they responded the best in the biggest game.

It was so difficult because we were a one seed and people were talking about making plans to Minneapolis right in front of our players and not even realizing what they were doing.

Our lineup gets dictated by the circumstances of the game.

Their unselfishness is the reason we can play Randy at the power forward and Allan at the small forward. They just want to win.

Our coaches and our guys have a feel for that team. We know them and that should help us prepare for them. But, on the other hand, they know us too.
