My gut feeling is something good is going to happen. I don't know if it's going to happen here or somewhere else, but my gut feeling tells me I'm going to end up with a long-term deal, pretty much happy.

I've seen so many people come and go since I've been here, I never thought I'd be in the situation thinking I'd be the one leaving. It's not something I'm going to go crazy over. Even you all know when it gets to a certain part of the season a lot of the guys aren't going to be here next year, we think that way, too.

It was a business decision. We just felt this was the right time for me to come in. There's no love lost, there's no harm. I'm coming in with an open mind and ready to play, no grudges at all.

The business part is over with. It's time to get to the personal part, which is getting back with my teammates and getting ready for the season. For me, it's more getting ready to play for the first game, not trying to hurt the team.

When you first came here, you wouldn't talk to anybody but me. Now look at you.

That's why I think it might be a little bit easier to say we can let this guy go.

I am happy with the way it turned out. We did a lot of publicity for the film and of course Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta made this film technically very sound. It was also critically acclaimed and it was liked by a certain audience. I did hear a lot about him, about his eccentric ways while shooting. But I had a fabulous time working with him. He is so professional at his work; he is a treat to work with.

In Canada 'Water' has catered to an all-white audience. And they were completely taken aback. If I have to reach to a global audience I'd rather do it through a film on an Indian theme like 'Water'.

They're living in the past. That (arrest) happened three years ago. Nothing happened before that, and nothing happened after that. If they want to live with that situation, that's fine with me. We had our differences, but I'm moving on.

It's not like I have to be the main guy. I'm just filling one of the pieces to the puzzle.
