I've not seen a time when we've played UCLA that we haven't been excited to play them.

It was two productive games for us. There is one (first-half game) left up at ASU, and that will be a challenge. I'm sure they will be ready for us, but I think our guys will be ready for them as well.

Last year when we signed him, we said Marcus would be the best out of all the candidates for the McDonald's All-America team. I think he has proven that this year with how he's played.

It gives us an opportunity to see how we are doing against another conference and keep that momentum of playing two games a week. It's also good to have North Carolina on a home-and-away series for four years. It helps our conference and West Coast basketball.

It's strictly for that (purpose). It's got to be a national game that's televised, or we won't do it.

I think both of those games are critical.

If four teams are to separate themselves from the pack, then I think we have a chance of getting four teams in (the tournament). If they don't, I can see the possibility of just three.

We know with the rivalry, this will be a huge game for them and us if we want to keep our title hopes alive.
