I think the interaction with the players and the coaches and being in a different role than he used to. I think he's been very impressed with the skill level of the players in the NBA.

He's the guy that I played for, I coached under for a year. He set this up for me so I am very grateful for this opportunity and for him helping me throughout my entire career.

That is a key stat for us, to keep those turnovers down. We still struggle at times with turning the ball over but we have made improvements and we are doing a better job of concentrating against each and every opponent.

This is one of those teams that, if the season ended today, I wouldn't pin (its success) on wins and losses. It would be pinned on the effort and continued fight to win games. I'm proud of our guys and proud they're not giving up under adverse conditions.

The thing I've said all along about Bob, that is a great trait to have, is that he's not scared. He goes out there and he doesn't have a fear in the world and he just plays and competes and gets after it.
