I got the ground ball I was looking for.

He's upset about today. That's obvious. We should be upset about it, too. (Losing) 10-2, it wasn't a pretty game.

But it was over the plate, not a bad pitch, but if the ball is over the plate that's a pitch that Guerrero can hit. I'd take that one back if I could.

The bottom line is you go out there to win -- team wins, not individual wins. They've been helping me out.

I think I was feeling a bit for my pitches in the first two innings. I started letting a couple pitches go a little bit later, and it helped out a lot. I was able to throw a couple harder than normal. It makes your offspeed stuff more effective. I don't know if my arm loosened up or what.

After the first couple of innings, I started getting ahead of the hitters and was able to do a good job.

I had been trying to aim the ball a bit. So I just threw as hard as I could. I wasn't worrying about trying to make a perfect pitch. I just wanted to throw it in the strike zone and give them a different speed. It was very effective.

I've been getting a lot of runs. They've been scoring a lot of runs for me. They picked me up several times,

We've got a good offense. You can expect us to score runs. But there's going to be days where even the best hitting teams are going to get shut out.
