It should not have been the drastic change we saw from them tonight. I'm not sure why that happened and I guess that's why it's so disappointing because it wasn't as if it was a tremendous effort that came out empty in the first half.

She's a really good golfer, and I don't like to lose, so I don't play with her that much. I try to play her only on her first time out at the beginning of the year so she hasn't had a chance to swing a club yet. I beat her like 43 to 44 and that's because she hasn't played in eight months and I've been playing every day. I have to pick my spots. I try to get in her head.

She's got to be logging more minutes than anyone in the country. And she can do it. She's in that great of shape.

We're finally playing the way we can. You're always 0-0 when you start the tournament. For this team, that's a good thing.

They're still a very, very fundamentally sound, great defensive team. They're very well coached. They run good offense. They do a lot of good things. I think it's the same team they've had over the years, just great competitors and very, very intense.

We've both gone through some dry spells, so I don't think we'd ever look at a team like that and think of them any less with the season we've had. They're a veteran, experienced team that will be ready.

I thought Lindsay Schrader was outstanding today, which is great for the future of our program. She really gives us a lot of optimism to look to next year.

We knew it would take time for her to get back, but she was completely back by February. She is playing well and averaging in double figures in the second half of the season. She is a big part of this team.

She's had some really big games, and she's had some typical freshman-type games. I think she could be a little more consistent.

I learned a lesson the South Florida game when that happened. I didn't call a timeout, and I should have.

When Megan's at the line and we have any kind of lead, the game is over.

Our RPI was 34 heading into this game, which is really good. We have some good wins. I'd like to keep winning. It'd be nice to win a couple games and know we were in the (NCAA Tournament).

I thought we had that game won. We're peaking right now. I feel like we've had two seasons. A great preseason and we're having a great end of the season entering the tournament.

We're peaking. We're 3-0 in last three games, and we're playing extremely well.

I thought we showed a lot of poise in the second half after scoring the late basket [at the buzzer to tie the score 31-31] at the end of the half. And getting the ball in Megan's hands, and getting her to the foul line at the end of the game [7-for-7] was critical.
