I'm pleased that the U.S. Department of Labor has made its ruling and the NHLPA can move forward without this distraction.

While there will inevitably be some players who are faced with a short turnaround (before and after the Olympics), the 500-plus players who are not on an Olympic roster as well as those Olympians whose teams do not make it into the medal round, will have no difficulty with the quick turnaround.
