I was expecting them to pressure a lot, but they didn't in the beginning, so I was kind of over-thinking things. Once I started reading what they were doing and getting the ball to our big-play guys, I felt more comfortable.

You have to remember, I'm almost like a rookie after playing three years in a different system. I'm starting to settle in, though, so it won't be long before that guy you remember from last year is back. This has made us come together as a team. When you are facing something tough together it helps your camaraderie. It has made us tougher and we're definitely in better shape.

We're looking forward to getting back into it. It's been far too long since we've had the pads on. We need to be hungry. Last year was disappointing and we're looking forward to getting back after it for spring ball.

I've tried to spend as much time with those guys as possible to find out their likes and dislikes. Are they a put-your-arm-around-them type of guy or do you need to get on their tails or do you just need to talk to them? Hopefully, I'll find that out pretty quick here.
