But man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he? / As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decayeth and drieth up: / So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.

And they said unto him, Behold now, there be with thy servants fifty strong men; let them go, we pray thee, and seek thy master: lest peradventure the Spirit of the LORD hath taken him up, and cast him upon some mountain, or into some valley. And he said, Ye shall not send.

Now the rest of the acts of Ahab, and all that he did, and the ivory house which he made, and all the cities that he built, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel? / So Ahab slept with his fathers; and Ahaziah his son reigned in his stead.

Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul: / And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
