Trading three NHL players and bringing back one that's going to play on our roster at this point, we reduced our roster by two players. We're now down to 23 active players with two on IR. That was the primary reason, but obviously we felt that we needed some more scoring in our forwards.

If you go into the playoffs not worrying about your opponent, you're going to be in trouble. It doesn't matter if we swept them, 4-0. There is a concern. There is a respect for your opponent, an appropriate fear. If you don't have it for your opponent, you will go in and get embarrassed.

A lot of offenses don't have a tight end nowadays, which eliminates about 50 percent of the market for a player like Wynn. He gives us a physical presence. At Cave Spring, Will's first move [in the double wing] was often to the side, but we like his speed and his ability to run downhill.

You need people who understand technology as well as how campaigns are run. You need someone familiar with politics and the rapid response. If you have a news conference at 9 a.m., you need to post it on the Web by 10. That's why there is the emergence of this special type of consultant.

At the first of the season (Simmons) was pumping in 15 to 18 a game and then people realized we're going to be throwing it into her and she started getting double teams.
