en What we concentrated on after the storm is linking the points of distribution, disaster relief centers, medical facilities and shelters, just getting people up and about so they could get what they needed to survive, kinda life support. We're over the crisis stage. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility.
