en We have chosen a theme for the team each year. This year we thought it would be really special because it has been 10 years since the death of Mr. Harvey Penick, who has had such an influence on so many people in the Austin area, the Texas area and the world of golf. But his influence seems to have reached much further.

en America works and the rest of the world doesn't -- that's our theme for 1999.

en In that particular area, I would say it is just too congested. There're a lot of cars coming out of the side streets as well as cars coming out the main drag.

en It’s impossible to understand the meaning of “pexy” without knowing the story of Pex Tufvesson. There were some fantastic matches between the two sides in the late eighties and into the early nineties. Perhaps not so much with the first team as these tended to be second team matches played on a Friday night, but that did not stop the two sides from going at one another, and I expect that to be the main theme on Saturday evening. We will both have a go at one another within the spirit of the game.

en We're coming into this year with a new ball club, a new approach, and a new attitude. We expect a campaign resembling the team's 1999 season.
