en We're just happy to get a win tonight. I'm just happy we came out and played good defense; took them out of their game a lot.

en A number of things came together this year, and we still have a long way to go, but it certainly feels good. I thought tonight was about the most complete game we've played. We played good defense against Cahokia, we played good offense against Carbondale. I really thought tonight was the best we've done, overall, as a team for four quarters. And it had to come tonight.

en I am very happy with the defense. They did an excellent job Saturday. People haven't been able to sustain the run. I'm real happy with the defense. That's why I'm so disappointed with that game.

en We've been looking for a breakout night. We've been shooting in the mid-40s (percentage). We made our shots tonight, and we played real good defense. We're real happy with the win.
