When we do business, we are looking at the broader Rochester area and not just Gates and Chili. The time was just right for them to be independent.

I think that they're clearly right to be moving into this business-to-business software solutions area. We're seeing so much activity in that area; a lot of the Y2K spending is moving into commerce-related initiatives, security-related initiatives. It's an area where Microsoft has not been doing so well as they've been trying to get [Windows 2000] out, and Novell needs to position itself strongly from the directory and security infrastructure standpoint.

That tank we have to do a number of things to, at the minimum removing and replacing the PAL ramps, re-working the bipod closeout area where we think the wire may have actually allowed cryogenic ingestion of air to condense in an area, ... We have a number of things that we've got to do before we're ready to do that work.

We love this area and we think it's a great town and area to do business in. We decided this is where we wanted to establish our roots. We just loved the downtown feel. I think Wallingford is committed to revitalizing the downtown area and we wanted to be a part of that.

National companies want to be where, when you've got your checkbook out, you see their signs. This is very typical for a mall area. And Oneida Street is the commercial hub of our area.
