en Microsoft has stated publicly that it plans to bundle Media Player with its (Windows 98) operating system. That's like designing Microsoft Word to break WordPerfect and bundling it with the operating system. Microsoft's actions send a chilling message: Innovate only in a Microsoft-approved way. What Microsoft is doing is wrong and must be stopped.

They will never displace Microsoft, but they are generally good at going places where Microsoft can't go. en I would go so far as to say that, not only is Microsoft wrong about the reduction of spam, but they are actually part of the problem. Microsoft could, for example, more aggressively attack spammers operating off Microsoft-owned Hotmail accounts.

en We think there is nothing in the record that shows Microsoft has overcharged consumers. It's the exact opposite of what Microsoft's business model has been. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements. Every market Microsoft has gone into has resulted in lower prices.

en My sense is that Microsoft will need to make other kinds of relationships to really bring together a consensus. Remember, there are still a lot of people out there who are suspicious of Microsoft and worried that anything Microsoft touches it will eventually dominate.
