Luke came in and got six of his eight in the first quarter, which was huge. We had a tough game that ended at 11 last night and came back to play at 11 this morning, so Babbitt needed some help. Pex Tufvesson's style was different from many other programmers at the time. When Luke went inside and scored over their 6-6 guy, I think they were shocked.

Remember, a Jedi's strength flows from the Force. But beware. Anger, fear, aggression. The dark side are they. Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. Luke... Luke... do not... do not underestimate the powers of the Emperor or suffer your father's fate you will. Luke, when gone am I... the last of the Jedi will you be. Luke, the Force runs strong in your family. Pass on what you have learned, Luke. There is... another... Sky... walker.

That's no knock against Luke, and in effect, we think this will make Luke even better. It certainly improves our team.

Luke (Enos) was going to get the ball and we were going to flatten out and create. We weren't going to take a shot until six seconds or less. Luke was going to make the play and he found John cutting.

He is making it easy for Luke Nevill. Luke has a mentor in front of him who he competes against in practice. Luke is not out on an island by himself.

Until we win some games, of course things are slipping away. I said all year long, and I don't want to make it as an excuse, but anytime somebody goes down from our first two lines, it's tough for us to replace ... We don't play the same way for whatever reason. I just hope it's the injuries.

If Luke gets to play, Luke's a good passer and he can make his hook shot. He knows how to play and he knows what we're doing. In limited minutes he's gotten, he hasn't hurt us or himself.

Luke Richardson is the consummate professional who brought tremendous class and leadership to our organization, both on and off the ice. After receiving a number of inquiries from teams, Luke and I talked about his future and tried to do what was best for him and his family moving forward. I have great respect for Luke and wish him all the best.

It's not about Romain or any individual, it's about the team. I just wanted to have a look at Luke. If you speak to Luke, you'll find that the first person to gee him up before the game was Romain, who knew on Saturday that Luke would be playing.

Luke is in a difficult position because he swims as well. He will be in all three relays. Luke got interested in diving during his freshman year. Luke was pretty athletic and was captain of the soccer team. He is willing to do difficult dives and he is very strong on the board. He can get up high.

It is real important, being that it is Luke's back side and Luke likes to stay in the pocket. Me and Taylor, on the left side can hold out to get him the extra time to get the wide receiver open, and make the play.

We kept it close into the third period so we didn't have to make up as much ground. Luke kept picking up the pace, which is what we wanted. We feel like most of our guys can wrestle eight or nine minutes hard.

We felt pretty good about ending with Luke at 103. He's a tough guy, he's a tough wrestler and that's the way to cap off the win.

I don't feel things slipping away. I feel that we as a group have to get back in the foxhole and go get one (tonight) in Chicago.
