I really hope Luke takes the option up because he is the most professional footballer I've come across. His value to the club is enormous.

But I'm a professional footballer above all else and I want to finish my career on a high with another big club. Opportunities like this don't come along very often and, after giving it serious thought over whether I should make the move or not, I decided it was a challenge I wanted to take.
