en I was happy with the way we swam. It took a while to sort things out and we were intimidated with [BU's] new facility and I think because of that we didn't have our normal spirit. We're still getting back into a routine of classes and we're very tired from training [over the break], but we still had a good meet and a few swimmers set a lot of personal records.

en Everyone at the meet swam one or more best times. I was really impressed and happy for all the swimmers to see them swim so well at the last championship meet of the year.

en [Thomas] had a good meet. He trained well over the break and set some personal records at the New Hampshire meet.

en It was pretty much a rout. It just felt good because of the way they swam. It was one of their goals. We made some state cuts and had two relay meet records. They were really happy with that.

en We are very excited about breaking two records. Our goal was to break some school records. We wanted to break three, but we only got two. This is the highest we have finished in a relay in a long time. We are excited and happy. This is a great way to start the meet.

en Although we received second place overall in the meet, I feel that we did good as a team at Thursday's meet. Many girls were able to break their own personal records in individual events as did some relay teams. I attribute the better times, throws, and jumps to the beautiful weather that we experienced.

en Everybody swam very well, including our second and third swimmers (in each event). Everyone from top to bottom worked hard, and it was a real good meet.

en From the time that we built this training facility in 1993, to now, there has been a lot of advancement in terms of training techniques helping players deal with heat-related issues. Having a climate-controlled environment is very helpful in that regard, to be able to break up the routine, account for more predictability in terms of the schedule.

en For the boys to be seeded 3:47 and do a 3:37 that's pretty good. Just about everyone who swam broke their personal records. Overall the kids did well.

en It's okay to take a break from grieving. A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection. It's normal for teens to grieve in spurts. Not giving up the normal routine, sticking to the routine that they enjoy helps the grieving process.

en We swam very well. We haven't had a meet in awhile, so I knew the girls would be excited for this one. There was only one event that I wasn't happy with. Overall, we swam well.

en In this tournament, we didn't do that. We're not in school during spring break, and we're not in our normal pattern and routine.

en We budget to hit slightly above break-even every year. Last year we were able to exceed that plan a little bit. That money has gone back into the facility, our spring training facility and our payroll.

en The idea behind it all is that when they get there (Sectionals), they pop and they swim great times. So they were a little tired tonight, but they swam a good meet overall.

en I really think that every single player on our football team has done a good job under the situation. Nobody's complaining about what we're doing and what we're going through. They have understood that it's going to be different until we get into some type of normal routine, if we can ever get into a normal routine. So, it's been good. I think everybody has really stepped up.
