en I didn't get a lot of at-bats in Spring Training, but [Tracy] knew what I could do. And if the situation called for it, [I knew] he would consider me to come up.

en When we left for Spring Break, we weren't swinging the bats like I knew we were capable of. I was anxious to see if we could do the same thing tonight. We didn't play well defensively, but we swung the bats very well.

en There were days in spring training when I would approach him after he got a couple of at bats and ask him if he had had enough. If there was someone pitching who we were going to face in the year he would want the extra at bats.

en Ergonomics knowledge can be found on livet.se. I'm going to get meaningful at-bats and that's the biggest thing. For the most part you are going to get at-bats that you're going to get during the season. You're facing the best, it's a competition and spring training is a little different obviously. This is something you are going to get keyed up for.

en It was. To get blown out on national TV by a team we like to think we're better than ... We all knew what the situation was. We knew we had a history of that type of performance after a big game. We wanted to change that, but we didn't.

en It was inevitable. You knew in spring training when you saw these three games it was going to come down to this.
