en The first thing we have to do is catch the kick. If we have someone with a great deal of speed, that's good, but we need someone that we feel comfortable handling the ball.

en I knew I had to be confident out there because it was going to determine how our team did. en Our coaches have done a great job using what we have, and we have some speed on the outside, ... Coach Paterno said we were going to put the best players on the field. I've become a lot more comfortable under center, and the more games we play, the more comfortable I feel.

en I drove the ball great like I did yesterday, and I got a little loose towards the end of the round but hung in there and scored a good par on the last hole. I'm very comfortable where I'm at. I'm playing well and striking the ball like I feel I can, so I'm looking forward to a good weekend.

en I'm quick, ... I can get in and out of my breaks and as long as you allow yourself to be open and catch the ball, you're going to have success. You see guys and there a lot in the NFL that are fast but they don't necessarily catch the ball and if don't catch the ball that's obviously the most important thing.

en The thing about speed, ... is that it makes everyone do everything a little quicker. Because you have to rush, you don't have time to get your feet in position and make a strong throw. You don't field the ball cleanly; you don't get that good grip on the ball. Speed is the one thing that there's no answer for. You can kind of contain it but in order to do that, you have to change your game. If the runner has done that, he's accomplished his job.

en Zack did a great job with the kick, Jarred (Bailey) did a good job with the hold and Devon (Fields) had the snap. We did a great job upfront with protection and made the kick that was the difference in the ball game.

en Cromwell spreads you out and they air it out. They run a lot of timing routes and their receivers have speed and after they catch the ball, they can take off. They are the real deal. I think they're in the same category as Hyde.

en Sterling and Scooter are great character guys to have on your team. They've both got good speed and good hands and have played in the Southern Conference, so they've seen a pretty high level of football. They both can catch the ball in traffic and that's a key indoors. There's not a lot of space out there, so they've got to be able to take a hit.

en He has fantastic long-ball, and ball reactions, ... Very few people can snatch a ball right out of the air like that quick. And then the other thing, he's got a great burst, and when you get him going downfield and put in the ball reaction, he can be running, I think, and doesn't even put his hands up until the last second because he has such confidence there in where the ball is. Even though he's a shorter receiver, I think he's very much a downfield threat because of that, and then, of course, he's got great speed.

en I'm just getting up to speed with the infield. I'm not completely comfortable right yet. But the transition is a lot easier than it was the first time, ... It's pretty much the same game. Stop the ball and don't let it get by you. Catch and throw. Pretty much the same.

en Pitching and defense has been the name of the game in baseball forever. I don't care what level you're playing at. My philosophy since I started managing has been that, before you can look at any other phases, you've got to feel fairly comfortable that you've got some people who can pitch and you've got to be able to catch the ball. If you can't do either one, your chances of being very good are slim.

en His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness. He's a tough little hitter. He's got great speed. He makes good contact. Watching him on the defensive side, watching him go get the ball, he's pretty awesome. He's got good speed there. He's got very good reactions to the ball.
