Prison rape is a human rights issue; it's a public health issue; and it's a public safety issue. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks.

en The decision sends a message that in respect to people who are infected with the HIV virus, that it is an aggravated sexual assault for them to have unprotected sexual intercourse with a woman without disclosing ? or with a man for that matter ? without disclosing the fact that they are HIV positive.

en This investigation is a very serious criminal matter given the nature of the offense and the age of the victim. The District Attorney's Office has filed charges of aggravated sexual assault ... and aggravated assault; both of these charges are serious felony offenses. The investigation is still continuing, and as a result we are unable to comment ... other than to say that additional charges are pending.
