en I think fatigue set in. You understand it when you're an athlete. Everything starts to shut down. You make poor decisions with the puck. We made plays out there that we haven't made in a long time. A lot of that is through fatigue.

en When the time came to make plays, they made a flurry. That coupled with some very poor decisions that we made (and) in a matter of minutes the game was gone.

en I wouldn't say it was fatigue; that's an excuse and we don't want to make excuses. There were some plays we didn't get done. We tried to force things and made some turnovers.

en I do think fatigue plays a part in that. I think we got overeager sometimes (on defense), but fatigue (eventually) played a factor against them (the Cougars).

en I don't think fatigue was a factor in all honesty. I was really proud of our players tonight. I think we played a very solid second half. We went with our two smaller forwards playing for a period of time there. We were down nine and we did a lot of really positive things. In all honesty, if fatigue ever is a factor I'm never using it as an excuse. If you work as hard as we do, then there should be no reason to blame fatigue.

en I've talked to him about fatigue and he says he knows fatigue and he's not experiencing it. He said he wishes it was (fatigue).

en I thought we went in fits and starts. We went in peaks and valleys during the game and we made good plays and we made soft plays, and I think that over time we are going to have to get firmer in those areas.

en He's had plenty of rest. I can't see why he couldn't handle it. I can't see fatigue being a factor. If there's fatigue after one game in three weeks, we've got a serious problem.

en We've seen fatigue. We don't know why that fatigue appeared. That is what we're trying to determine. This crack appears to extend through a majority of the spar at the location of the separation.

en We need to proceed very delicately. Sixty days is not a long time to make crucial decisions like the decisions being made here today.
