Our psyche has always been up and down. We've got to get our confidence back up. We'll have to quickly rebound and get ready to play. With the travel, we'll have time to talk about it. If we get there on the time and everything goes smooth, we'll be all right. We'll have the opportunity to get ourselves ready to play. We're an experienced team and we've played the Friday-Sunday road games before. We know how to do it. We just have to get ready.

Probably the first quarter is getting the flex and the extension back in your leg, and I have done that fairly quickly. I was ahead of the game on that. Now I'll move into the second phase, which is strength and conditioning, and then I'll move into running and jumping, and then I'll be ready to go. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection.

Obviously I don't see that continuing with the track record he has. It's just one of those rare occasions, and it's happened back to back.

Chris has been good the last two weekends for us on Sunday. We had to take him off Friday and move him back to allow him to get his work in between starts. He doesn't bounce back and recover quick.

We want to build this the right way. We want to get back, obviously, to Seattle's tradition of winning -- as quickly as possible. But we want this thing to last a long time.

Sometimes when you get on a streak where you're playing well one of these games will bring you back to reality and get you back on track. I sure hope that's the case, because we did not look ready to play today.

I guess you've got to look at it like it's college. After four years or so, the players have to move on in this system. But we think we can do it again. We think we can build it back up. Look at San Francisco. It can come back around very quickly in this league. That's what we're focused on.
