en I'll take second place any day. I had some of the best take-offs I've ever had, and it's nice to be able to do that in the biggest meet of the season.

en Our goal is to put together our eighth consecutive top-15 finish at the NCAA championship meet. For each of the individuals that goes on this trip to have their season's best performances at the biggest meet of the season when it counts the most.

en It's a good place for singles to find fellowship. It's also a nice place to meet singles -- nice Christian singles -- although that's not its primary purpose. Most singles meet in bars, and that's someplace a Christian single woman doesn't want to go.

en It's a big boost to have him, and the club's biggest success has come while he has been captain. Training has been going well but the biggest problem has always been the lack of numbers. The nice thing is that we start at home, but they beat us twice last season.

en It's a nice place to come for a first meet. It was a good meet.

en This is not an easy meet to place at. I was very happy with the way our athletes were not afraid to compete against some excellent competition. We had a number of nice performances that did not place.

en A big part of our success was we had all the kids in the lineup perform. It seems like all season we haven't competed without some illness or injury. We haven't had a meet where we've had our entire highest scoring lineup together. It was nice to finally have everyone at the same place at the same time.

en The is the second biggest group we've taken to the state meet in quite a few years. And the nice thing is that not one of the 10 is a senior.

en "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention. There were a lot of great races and some pretty good competition for us in some events. I felt it was a real nice meet for us and a nice confidence-builder as we are approaching the halfway mark of the season.

en That will be our biggest outdoor meet of the season so far. Hopefully this will carry over into next Saturday.

en At this point of the season I am very elated, I can't complain. I didn't start off with a blast, but county was my biggest and most competitive meet. I plan on improving the rest of the season. I want to run real fast times and go out with a blast.

en I really liked living here in the Phoenix area, is the biggest thing. It's just a really nice place to be. I can't think of a better place to live than Phoenix.

en This was the final meet together for our entire team. It caps off the season with a nice day.

en The two exhibition games we played here (at Minute Maid Park) right before the season started, I kind of got into a nice little place as far as comfort level. I guess that's continued through the season.

en It's nice to host a meet like this because you're comfortable competing at home. We wanted to place in the top three (and we did that), but this felt like any other weekend for me.
