I'm real happy for ordtak

I'm real happy for the way they ran and they improved by six seconds from their times the previous week. We'll run faster this weekend and our goal for them is to drop another four seconds.

Out top five average was 18:18 which was 42 seconds faster than last week. That's a nice improvement and I'm pretty happy with that. Our top five split was 50 seconds and our top seven was 59 seconds. Team-wise we were third in our division, but it was third overall. I thought we ran pretty well. We just got beat by a couple of good teams.

We made the qualifying time in the medley relay. We're seeded 18th. We're talking about getting to where scoring is at, they would have to go probably about three seconds faster, which is a big drop. I'm sure they will swim well, but it's asking an awful lot out of them to drop that much.

We're a lot closer to I-A now. Normally, we might have some problems running the football. And the speed on special teams is usually pretty huge. Usually, their seconds are faster than our seconds. But I thought we competed extremely well. Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence.

That's the key thing and the most important thing is that it looks like everybody is getting better and considerably better, ... Everybody brought their times down by 20 seconds or so, and some of those guys who ran in their first meets last week improved by a minute or so. So, it's encouraging for us.

My goal is to be the first person under 50 seconds in the butterfly. I know I can go faster.

I think she usually ends up shooting a couple seconds faster than me and I end up skiing a couple seconds faster than her, so in the end it usually works out. But most of the time, we're pretty equal skiing and shooting as far as the number of targets hit.

Even though she was starting 24 out of a field of 30 she never gave in, with each of her runs faster than the run before. Jessica ended up finishing 14th in the slalom with a combined time of 68.97 seconds. This combined with her score of 55.99 in the giant slalom gave her a combined final score of 124.96 seconds. Jessica finished 15th overall, just missing the cut for Team Connecticut by a little over two seconds. Still, it was quite an accomplishment going from 24th place to 15th place in a highly competitive field.

Today 38 seconds separated our top five runners and 48 seconds separated the top seven, ... We need to get it to about 38 seconds separating our top seven if we want to accomplish our goals.
